2) Add the broth, tomatoes with their juice, black beans, corn, chili powder, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

3) Serve in individual bowls if desired. Top with shredded cheese if desired
